Job Summary:
Reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and responsible to maintain a good relationship with the principal in leading the marketing team. Develops brand management strategies through retail marketing, digital media campaigns, and marketing communications in order to aggressively position the company and its products in the industry that will translate all conscious efforts of creating brand awareness into customer demands.
Focuses on organizing, planning, controlling, and implementing its marketing programs, policies, and strategies designed to create and satisfy the demand of GUESS products and offerings as means of generating an acceptable profit. Aims for the right target market – help get, keep, and grow its client base by creating, delivering, and communicating its programs to the public, media, influencers, and ultimately, its customers.

ning the company as a leader in its field through best-in-class content. Publishes articles, produces videos, co

ntent on regular basis for present and potential customers, industry partners and stakeholders. Compliance Issues:Protects and safeguards the company’s brand integrity at all times and ensures compliance with all statutory requirements.Co
nducts periodic review of regulatory requirements to ensure that all products and events are compliant with applicable government requirements and keeps the management abreast on new regulatory issues, evolving trends and amendments.
Job Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Management or relevant business courseMinimum five (5) years of relevant management experience and excellent track record in developing brand management strategyCapable of aggressively positio
