Develops and maintains a logical, efficient and integrated system for planning and controlling Material Handling Operation and other Logistics Engineering task.Develops and maintains accurate, timely controls that will ensure that plans for the section are accomplished.Selects, retains, and motivates high performance from outstanding people who will be helped to make use of their abilities.Develops and maintains an organization that will ensure that most work is done by the fewest people at the least cost, with the greatest satisfaction to the people doing the work.Coordinates with the manufacturing departments implementation of Plans to achieve cost targets.Identifies factors affecting Material Handling Operation and recommends countermeasures.Reporting to management Logistics Engineering performance.Performs safety duties and responsibilities, complies with all the safety standards indicated in the Safety Manual.Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time (Manufacturing KPI Preparation and Submission)

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of any Engineering-related courseAt least 4-5 years experience in Logistics and Warehouse OperationsComputer LiterateMust be willing to work in Sta. Rosa
