The New Product Launch Manager oversees/ ensures timely development of new introductions & product availability in the market. The incumbent spearheads major planning activity to include smooth planning transition, sets process improvements/ directions, ensures speedy resolution of open issues affecting on-time product availability and ensuring material supply continuity from launch volume production to early replenishment requirement.

Manages on-time development of new products to ensure 100% product availability in the market per launch scheduleOn-time availability/ shipment of mock-up requirements for the on-time availability of customer requirementsTimely coordination/ execution of debugging activities from material procurement to result availability and feedback/ update to turn-on vendor productionOn-time submission/ shipment of complete watch first-off samples for brand manager's qualification/approvalManages inventory of new intros and related cost exposure ensuring no exposure is incurred due to project miss-managementFacilitates pilot development activities by ensuring process and resources availability within timelineInitiates system improvement to enhance new products process

Job Qualifications
