nship with the Global Network development team.The primary function is to help Network Members through their journey from initial startup to long-term thriving and to add value to the Member Success team as it grows.This position proactively supports all functions of a Network Member in making local and internatio
nal grants.Ensure the co
nsistent and proper use of TrustBridge's suite of software applications.
Qualifications (Education, Training & Experience):
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.5+ years of customer success management experience.2+ years in direct supervision or leadership experience.Experience in using ERP systems and CRM systems.Experience in training and teaching clients’ new skills.Experience in financial services or banking helpful.Experience in using web-ba
sed video co
nference systems like Zoom or Teams.Experience in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.

Work Environment:
The workday would run from 5 PM – 2 AM (Philippine Time) to maximize the overlap with European and US Eastern Time work hours.Remote/'Work from home' majority of the time, but space to work in the office is provided if preferred by employees.May report in person o
nce a week or less, and as needed for im
portant meetings & corporate activities.Willing to work more than 8 hours per day, as needed; ability to handle pressure during peak periods during the year, availability to handle issues outside of normal working hours.
