ntribute to client satisfaction by resolving customer complaints, escalation, and end-user issues prom
ptly.Develop processes and initiate improvement plans aligned with client goals and service parameters.Generate daily/weekly/mo
nthly performance/mo
nitoring reports as required.Manage and plan out headcount allocation and coverage for existing and ADHOC projects.Attend meetings with client and prepare presentations necessary.-
