Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

The PIM Specialist will be responsible in managing our PIM application (Salsify). They will evaluate all current and new data to ensure that it is complete, accurate, and updated in a timely manner. Will manage the details of product content resources, delivery channels, data quality, and governance. This position will monitor and report on key data measurements, data issue resolution, process documentation, and synchronizing content between our PIM platform and retail partners.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Understand the basic features/functions of the account's e-commerce solutions to troubleshoot challenges and setup/update customized solutions.With focus on clients that transact business through electronic transmission from procurements solutions.Work within a team environment to understand ongoing challenges and identify patterns and system improvements needed to enhance solutions.Understanding and willingness to create and maintain customized client websites through management toolsThe ability to seek and document site issues and identify opportunities for optimization when troubleshooting system solutionsLead discussions specific to e-commerce capabilities, benefits and solutions All other duties as assignedLiaise with data pool (i.e., Syndigo) to ensure accurate and timely flow of information to our customersProactively partner with (internal) Sales stakeholders and (external) retailer teams to understand shifting retailer requirements, prioritizing compliance with content and product information effectively.Addresses any content errors or issues by ensuring the "source of truth" in Salsify is correct – and addresses any gaps or issues upstream in the process as needed. Then, push the correct data through the appropriate processor partner (e.g., Retail link, API, syndication, etc.) to resolve errors or issuesDevelops retailer-specific content approaches to ensure content is optimized for priority retailers, including retailer item attributionMaintains syndication schedule for new product launches (including innovation, pack refreshes, or content improvements/updates).Receives the 'Priority SKU List' from account teams and tracks items for digital KPI's to ensure best in class content for the most critical SKUs at top retailers

Required Skills:

Min 2 years of SALSIFY experience needed3+ years experience in a Product Data, e-Business Specialist, or Product Content Specialist role or equivalent combination of education and/or experience, highly preferredPrior experience with product information management (PIM) system & processes, such as Salsify, Magento, or similar system, data integrity, and project management & documentation, preferredCan start Immediately is preferred
