Job Description

Job Summary

The post shall assist the Director in crafting business plans and managing business development initiatives that improve the profitability of the assigned projects

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Assist in creating, turnover, monitoring, and conducting of monthly variance analysis reports of business plans for phases in an assigned project

Create business plans of project phases, suggest improvements to the business plan and its template if needed.Research and analysis on the real estate industry and its competitive landscape in order to improve the marketability and profitability of the project.Review business plan templates and determine where else it can be improved.Coordinate with the assigned Business Unit (BU) of the project, the Financial Control Group (FCG), and the Financial Planning & Analysis Group (FPA) continuously for variance analysis reports, and to review the financial performance of the projects.

2. Conduct studies and give technical inputs and analysis for the current and proposed products in the business plan

Give technical inputs and analyze current and proposed products in the business plan.Study and recommend applicable financing schemes, price adjustments and sales targetsParticipate in the review of business development materials together with other team members.

3. Assist head for efficiency of implementation of proposed plans and programs

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Accounting or its equivalent.At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.At least 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance, Project Development, or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.
