Store Keeper

Maintains cleanliness of all storage areas, chillers, and freezers. Cleans and sanitize throughout the shift.Practices procedures of receiving, zoning, labeling, rotation, temperature control and product hierarchy.Monitoring and ordering all store inventory.Receives and check all supplies accurately and check quality standards.Monitor inventory of all products and maintain par stock level.Ensure completion of all documents necessary in receiving, inventory, transfer, and other storekeeper functions.Communicates immediately to superior all products that are for follow up, critical or out of stock for proper action.Communicates potential problems regarding inventory with the managers or superior.Assist in washing dining wares and cooking wares needed during operations.Performs storekeeper opening procedures and performs other duties as needed.
