Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements, co-work with SME telesales team to develop and recruit overseas customers onto Alibaba Cloud, and achieve sales targetDeveloping and expanding the relationships with SME key account by continuously proposing solutions and products to support customer success of digital transformationFix any issues and problems raised by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trustRecruit SME partner to develop business in target marektPrepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to stakeholders using key account and partner metrics

Qualifications:
