JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervising the day to day operations of the storeEnsuring that the sales target of the store(s) is metTraining, assisting, supervising, counseling, motivating & evaluating all staff in the storeSubmitting reports on a regular basis or as requiredDealing with customer complaints properlyEnsuring compliance with health and safety regulations
