Job Description:

As a Sales Agent your responsibilities may include:

• Locate and attract buyers, 20 leads per week

• Conduct Viewings in Condos and Houses, 5 per week

• Photographing Spectacular Condo Units and presenting them is the best way possible

• Contributing to a proactive and engaging work environment and maintaining the company values

• Promote the iMatch Brand and Listings on Social Media

• Facilitate Closing deals and processing documentation and ensuring clients are satisfied

• Maintaining your leads on the System 

• Maintain a good working relationship with colleagues

• Attend Sales Events on Request

Qualifications: 

• Relevant BA degree expected minimum

• Licensed broker is an advantage but not a must

• Min. 2-5 years experience and proven track record in sales is a must and experience with real estate is an advantage 

• Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on the telephone

• Travel is expected 

• Decisive, competitive and thrives under pressure 

• You possess the innate desire to help improve people’s lives

• Ability to professionally handle highly classified information is expected

• Team player with a high level of business ethics
