The Account Manager oversees sales activities and develops relationships with customers. He/she is responsible for managing accounts, ensuring clients are satisfied, and generating new sales opportunities.

nducting various sales activities such as prospecting and managing corporate accounts, developing sales leads, building client relationships, closing new business opportunities, and achieving or exceeding assigned sales quotaMaintain quality customer relations with existing clients while developing new accounts and;Set sales targets and specific performance metrics aligned with business strategiesCommunicate with clients at a senior level to resolve issues and inquiriesGenerate innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awarenessManage multiple accounts; develop positive working relatio
nships with all customer touchpointDrive client retention, renewals, upsells, and client satisfactio

Qualifications:
Education:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering, or any business course in any university in the Philippines.
Experience:
With at least 2-4 years of experience in sales or selling IT servicesWith knowledge in Account and Relatio
nship ManagementWith experience handling Financial Services Industries (FSI) or FinTech accountsWith experience handling storage, server, network, applications, and security
Skills & Competencies:
With above-average desktop skills (i.e. MS Office especially PowerPoint)With strong written and verbal communication skillsVery good negotiation skillsWorks well under pressureExtrovert, highly analytical, and output-driven
