JOB SUMMARY

Under the immediate supervision, facilitate referrals on Children in Need of Special Protection (CNSP), conduct case conferences, prepare reports, and does other related tasks. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Attend to queries and provide technical assistance to Local Government Units (LGUs)/Social Welfare and Development (SWAD) Offices along case management and program implementationProvision of services to walk-in clients and telephone inquiries thru referrals; Review and assess case study report and referrals from LGUs recommended for financial assistance and other support servicesFacilitate the referrals on Children in Need of Special Protection (CNSP) and other request from LGUs, other FOs and PSB such as request for parenting capability assessment and locating the whereabouts of the familyConduct of case conferences and case updating for complicated cases that needs to convene with other stakeholdersPreparation of project proposal on community based programs and servicesPrepare statistical and narrative reports, and inventory of cases on CNSPPerform other related tasks.
