Simply one approachable tech titan that's dedicated solely to our partner's continued sustainability and success. Job Summary: This SDR will work remotely from their home office, providing all sales activities including cold calling, hunting, presenting, follow up and Appointment setting. This position is primarily responsible for selling deskside’s services to decision makers for small and medium business from 15-500 employees. Key accountabilities ·       Prospect new accounts and build relationships with potential customers using outbound and inbound calls, social media, email, and networking activities.·       Present solutions to potential customers and set appointments.·       Maintains customer relationships.·       documents all activity into CRM to track leads and deals.·       Qualifies leads and converts them to potential accounts using our CRM.·       Able to fill and maintain their own pipeline while meeting monthly sales meeting goals Qualifications:·       At least 3 years of related experience ·       Excellent communication skills·       Ability to read and interpret documents with technical information·       Ability to write routine reports and correspondence·       Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization·       Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully.·       Customer Service - Responds promptly to customer needs; Responds to requests for service and assistance; Meets commitments.·       Interpersonal Skills - Maintains confidentiality; Listens to others without interrupting; Keeps emotions under control.
