o Coordinates all marketing activities and develops strategies to improve performance of company’s brands;
o Coordinates with the Digital Marketing Manager and entire Marketing Team for implementation of various marketing plans and activities aimed at improving the business;
o Conducts market research and analyzes findings, generates sales report and maintains database;
o Assists in designing marketing and promotional materials like brochure, pamphlets, etc.;
o Prepares presentations, minutes of meetings and reports which can be useful in decision making;
o Manages and allots budget for various company events and arranges schedule of meetings for planning corporate events;
o Handles all queries and concerns of the clients regarding the product or the service the company is offering;
o Formulates, directs and coordinates marketing policies and activities to promote services and products, working with promotion and Business Development Managers, PR and Digital Marketing Manager;
o Negotiates contracts with distributors and vendors in managing product distribution, developing distribution strategies and setting up networks;
o Ensures profitability by supervising market trends and analyzing business development thru strategic planning and forecasting;
o Supports business and other units by advising on international, national and local factors that affects the purchasing and selling of our projects;
o Consults purchasing personnel to gain proposal with regards to the expected types of services and products that are in demand.
o Confers with legal staff in matters related to royalty sharing and copyright infringements with outside distributors and producers;
o Conducts commercial and economic surveys to identify prospective markets for our projects
