JOB SUMMARY: To meet SLA in billing the customer and posting their payments. Ensures that all customer payments are posted in NetSuite system daily. Verifies validity of (RFA) Request For Adjustment and process CM when needed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily posting of customer payment - Accurate posting of details of payments per Collection Receipts and Official Receipts.Request For AdjustmentDaily screening of RFAEnsures that all RFA are processed accordingly on a daily basis.Helps out in Billing Area when needed.
