2. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
2.1. Implement established sales forecast with correspo
nding sales directions and work within approved budget to achieve set forecast.2.2. Implement approved forecasts and initiatives for target accounts and products and mo
nitor sales performance versus forecast. Analyze variance and develop tactical initiatives or intervention to address factors affecting sales performance of the team.2.3. Institutio
nalize methods and systems that will provide support in coaching Sales Team to co
ntinuously achieve sales objectives.2.4. Mo
nitor and implement all field operating procedures and ensure that these are effectively and co
nsistently being carried out to achieve team’s goals.2.5. Recommend tactical programs or initiatives that will support the achievement or exceed sales goals.2.6. Establish Bellweather Accounts for market intelligence purposes.2.7. Mo
nitor bad order returns and provide preventive and corrective actions to minimize, maintain within and/or below the tolerable percentage.2.8. Address bad order returns and issues of Sales Team and make necessary interventions to maintain within tolerable percentage and/or eliminate BO of the Team.2.9. Ensure on-time sales collection at all times and support it with programs to maximize sales collection.2.10. Mo
nitor sales collection activities of Sales Team and provide strategic interventions to address collection inefficiency.2.11. Prospect potential new dealers and channels and ensure that the company remains competitive in the market.2.12. Establish network for institutio
nal outlets to support sales objectives.2.13. Achieve product distribution per channel type in terms of reach and depth ba
sed on the sales structure and universe of the customers through co
nstant review, conceptualization, and implementation and mo
nitoring of product distribution in terms of Retail Performance Standard and number of buying accounts to maintain/or increase market share.2.14. Maintain product visibility per channel type and ensure mo
nitoring and implementation of Merchandizing Plan-O-Gram.
3. JOB QUALIFICATION:
3.1. Bachelor’s degree graduate in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field3.2. Proven work experience as a Regio
nal Sales Head3.3. Experience in managing a high performance sales team3.4. An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics3.5. Solid customer service attitude3.6. Strong communication and team management skills3.7. Knowledge of human resource principles and practices3.8. Knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices3.9. Information technology skills application (SAP, Globe EXACT, Oracle, ACCPAC)3.10. Experience in ISO Certified Company.3.11. Availability to travel as needed
