valuates sales and new billing collection performance of staff through following established KPIs and provide feedback, support, coaching and training to optimize performance.Investigates lost sales/new billing collection and customer accounts and works closely with assessment department head to minimize loses and maximize sales opportunities.Analyses results, interprets sales, assessment and new billing collection figures and recommends action plans for further revenue growth and improvement of brand awareness to immediate head.Formulates sales and provide feedback on collection policies and departmental procedures for optimum team performance and compliance to company directives and government rules.Manages and controls satellite office expenses and mo
nitors budgets of assigned sales team.Co
