Responsibilities:

Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management mattersBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationshipsNegotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitsEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectivesClearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersDevelop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotasPrepare reports on account statusAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Qualifications:

should have at least 1-2 years of solution selling background (small to medium-scale applications is ok)experience in selling Oracle, NetSuite, SAP or Microsoft Dynamics applications is an advantage.experience in selling any Cloud solution is an advantage.-
