Responsibilities:
Serve as the lead point of co
ntact for all customer account management mattersBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relatio
nshipsNegotiate co
ntracts and close agreements to maximize profitsEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectivesClearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersDevelop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotasPrepare reports on account statusAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Qualifications:
should have at least 1-2 years of solution selling background (small to medium-scale applications is ok)experience in selling Oracle, NetSuite, SAP or Microsoft Dynamics applications is an advantage.experience in selling any Cloud solution is an advantage.-
