Job Summary:
· Responsible for developing new accounts and building relationships with new clients to achieve sales target
· Maintaining relationships and managing requirements of existing customers
· Preferably with Telecommunications experience or background
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Identify potential new clients and business opportunities
· Identify and grow opportunities and collaborate with technical team to ensure growth attainment
· Prepare reports on sales and account status
· Forecast and track key account metrics
· Close leased line deals and achieve monthly sales target set by management
· Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales quotas.
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
· Negotiate contract and close agreements to maximize profit.
· Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
· Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
