Job Summary:
The Senior Manager, Philippines Operations is responsible for managing Philippines Operations by overseeing and collaborating with multiple teams within Client Service Delivery & Global Shared Services departments. This role is also responsible for partnering with various business leaders to develop customer service strategies, improve customer service effectiveness, drive process, quality and efficiency improvements to attain operational excellence.

Education and Experience:
8 + years of experience in people & operations management
Post graduate in Business Management
Service-oriented operations management preferred
Experience in U.S Taxation domain preferred

Monday-Friday
9PM-6AM
