Job Description:• Wide experience in Telecommunication Network. (PLDT, CONVERGE, SKYCABLE,SMART AND GLOBE)• Set sales target and specific performance metrics, aligned with business strategies.• Supervise and support account manager/sales engineers to ensure client satisfaction.• Communicate with clients at a senior level to resolve issues and inquiries• Generate innovate ideas to support customers and boost brand awareness.• Determines improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, andsupplies, or service application in customer environment; engineering or proposingchanges in equipment, process, or use of materials or services.• Use client feedback to improve customer experiences.• Report on sales results on a regular basis and suggest improvements.• Identify and approach potential clients.• Stay up to date with product launches and provide support to clients and the salesteam.Qualification:• Graduate of BS Electronics and Communication Engineering• With extensive Sales experience in Telco Accounts and Fiber Optic Products• At least 5 to10 years’ experience in the related field
