se.An entrepreneurial individual who can help accelerate company business presence in all the relevant markets within their defined territory.Proactively manage and build customer relatio
nship and provide good after-sale service.Provide co
nsistent service, support and participate in all marketing activities.Respo
nsible for creation of channel strategies and successful execution of Channel Partner business plans including co
ntract negotiations, sales, marketing and services go to market plans.Working closely with Channel Partner on commercial and technically to achieve win/win results that provide the basis for strong o
ngoing relationships.Understand, develop and grow territory wher
eby monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets are achieved and exceeded.Understand and co
nvey key business issues facing distributors and customers.Develop sales plan to provide market overview and sales/marketing strategy for achieving sales target.Recruit and manage the channel partners including distributors/Systems IntegratorsDevelop and plan sales/marketing activities and campaigns within each country.Understand, wher
e appropriate, opportunities for localization of our products and services. Maintain sufficient activity levels to achieve sales target (Quota) and build appropriate pipelines to achieve quarterly sales targets for the following two quarters.
Qualification Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatro
nic Engineering.At least 5 years’ sales experience in co
nveyor system/automation or relevant professio
nal mechanical design working experience, project management skills will be added advantage.Good knowledge in plastic chain, belted and other co
nveyor systems technology and able to apply in technical design works.Good knowledge in manufacturing industrial automation processes.Good understanding and interpretation in CAD technical layout and processes. Competency in AutoCAD will be added advantage.Exposure and working knowledge in system design for manufacturing in a variety of processes such as primary machinery, packaging machinery, and/or robotics.High competency industry market knowledge and good networking in food & beverage, FMCG, tobacco, pharmaceutical, etc.Able to identify, break down and solve a variety of difficult technical problem.Proven ability to work independently with a minimum of supervisor input.Good communication and interperso
nal skills. Able to work with cross functio
nal team members to achieve a common goal set.Highly motivated and have extensive experience in successfully selling large system solutions in the respo
nsible regions.Excellent knowledge of multiple platforms in correlation with co
nveyor systems, competitors and market landscape is required.Candidates must have strong presentation, written and oral communication skills as well as the demo
nstrated ability to work as a team.The candidate must be able to demo
nstrate a ‘’can-do’’ attitude and a willingness to work hard to succeed.The candidate is willing to travel to regio
nal hub to co
ntinuously grow the business.Proficient in English.
