JOB SUMMARY

The Organization Development Associate provides strategic and operational support in the development of manpower strategies, policies, and execution roadmaps for One Meralco. The role is responsible to different change initiatives that will improve execution and productivity.

Formulation, implementation, and management of the policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures of designing organization and jobs​Identification and assessment of organization issues and preparation of the organization development plan​Assessment and definition of success, impact and strategies for organization, process, technology changes to people (functions, org structure, competencies and headcount requirements)​Development of change plans, engagement strategies, adoption actions and interventions to address organization development concernsAnalyze workforce demand and supply (includes analysis of strategic plan, HR profile (regular & outsourced), workforce forecasting and gap analysis​Orchestration of programs to enhance / integrate culture initiatives as driven by management directions and business requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of Human Resources, Industrial Engineering or any related course3-5 years of work experience in Organization Development or HR Business PartneringMust be a team player, focused, driven and with certain capacity to innovateStrong organizational, project managementExcellent relationship management and experience in interacting with interdisciplinary project teams. Can interact with individuals from different levels of the organization from senior management positions to technical roles and staff rolesCan maintain confidentiality and privacy of information handledExcellent business communication skills
