JOB SUMMARY
The Organization Development Associate provides strategic and operational support in the development of manpower strategies, policies, and execution roadmaps for One Meralco. The role is responsible to different change initiatives that will improve execution and productivity.

QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of Human Resources, Industrial Engineering or any related course3-5 years of work experience in Organization Development or HR Business PartneringMust be a team player, focused, driven and with certain capacity to innovateStrong organizational, project managementExcellent relatio
