JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for maintaining strategic sourcing solutions and ensuring an effective pool of qualified candidates through various platforms, and devices appropriate hiring channels to fulfill respective vacancies within the established turnaround time.
This position is also responsible for the implementation of performance evaluation system and records management.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1) SOURCING DUTIES
Maintains a strong understanding of candidate shortages and devices appropriate sourcing solutions such as but not limited to directly affiliate with various training centers, schools/universities, manpower agencies and participate upcoming job fairsPrepares progress reports and presentation of researched and costed sourcing solutio

College graduate of BS Psychology/ AB Behavioral Science/ BS HR Development or Management, or other related courseWith at least 2 years experience in general HR functio
