The recruitment landscape is changing rapidly, to ensure we are equipped to capitalize on this evolution, EY is expanding our Executive Talent Attraction and Acquisition global team (GTA2S) to ensure we can continue to engage, attract and retain the world’s most exceptional and diverse talent. This team collaborates with our Regional, Area and Global leadership teams in EMEIA and APAC to deliver an integrated, agile and insights driven approach to Partner Recruitment.
The team designs and delivers sourcing strategies to connect with talent for niche and emerging skill sets. Talent Attraction roles help shape the EY organisation of the future, facing the market and assisting through targeted search activity, market insights and team lifts. This newly created role has been designed to respond to the increased targets for Executive hiring in both the EMEIA and APAC portfolios and will function to help us meet our hiring objectives; driving down external third-party vendor spend in the process.

You will be a Talent Attraction professional able to identify prospects and network across borders to deliver high priority capability builds for our service lines in their identified areas of key strategic importance.
We are sourcing for the professionals of the future, not just meeting the transactional recruitment needs of today. As such, you will be able to demonstrate an ability to partner effectively with business stakeholders and the broader EY Executive Recruitment community delivering high quality research outputs and candidate shortlists.
Responsibilities:
You will be a natural communicator, very creative in your approach to finding candidates, and have experience in approaching and building relatio
nships with senior individuals in competitor organizations. You will work independently, or in some cases with other team members, building talent mapping and market intelligence docu
ments. You will guide candidates through the sourcing part of the recruitment process, including providing information on the EY vision, the business strategy, our culture and values, as well as co
nducting in-depth qualifying interviews to establish the candidate’s suitability against the requirements of the role. It will be crucial for you to maintain talent pools and keep candidates warm in the pipeline. It will be expected of you to work closely with internal clients. You will make full use of existing tools to generate candidate pipelines.You will be interacting with colleagues from across the globe on a daily basis, and working closely with counterparts in the EMEIA and APAC regions, so best practices and resources can be shared at a global level.

To qualify for the role, you must have
Experience in identifying and building long-lasting business relatio
nships with candidates Ability to communicate with senior-level candidates and senior stakeholders across the firm in a co
nfident way Creativity and an ability to think out of the box to improve search efficiency and co
nversion rates Strong English communication skills both verbal and written
Ideally, you’ll also have
Experience in an executive recruitment / executive search environment Exposure to recruiting and sourcing for complex roles or recruiting internationally Advanced user knowledge of technology, o
