What will your day look like
The Joiners & Movers (J&M) T&C Consultant drives candidate experience by assessing business recruitment needs, and delivering end-to-end recruitment across various geographies through the J&M service proposition. The role provides pro-active advice and guidance to hiring managers, internal and external candidates and other stakeholders, navigating solutions and taking accountability for the candidate and hiring manager recruitment experience. The role holder supports J&M’s operational accountabilities by maintaining up to date and accurate records across SuccessFactors and other associated systems and databases.
Key accountabilities include:
Understanding business needs and executing on end-to-end delivery of recruitment in the Specialized & Strategic (Niche, highly technical roles) segments through the Joiners & Movers service proposition.
Partnering with stakeholders to achieve successful recruitment outcomes.
Receiving and prioritising recruitment requirements aligned to the squad, taking end-to-end ownership of the hiring manager and candidate experience.
Resolving problems specific to recruitment, whilst keeping hiring managers and candidate experience top of mind and following appropriate policies and procedures.
Maintaining data integrity through accurate and up to date records and robust data governance.
Acting as a subject matter expert by providing functional advice to business & colleagues to meet the challenges.
Connecting the end users to the right processes, policies, and relevant solution providers within and across the teams
Actively reaching out to specialists and other T&C staff to investigate and resolve queries whereappropriate
based on information from queries, identifying and driving process improvements resulting in efficiencies
Participating in Ways of Working ceremonies within the squad and broader Tribe
Participating in analysing process breaks, identifying root causes, and implementing preventative controls
Supporting internal risk assessments, control designs, and testing and risk remediation activities
What will you bring?

Extensive track record in talent acquisition, with proven experience in sourcing strategies & end to end recruitment for niche and highly technical roles.
Deep domain knowledge of recruitment, agency recruitment experience preferred
Strong stakeholder management skills, with previous experience managing challenging stakeholders.
Ability to multi-task/prioritise to ensure that deadlines are achieved.
Ability to maintain accurate and up to date records.
Strong understanding of multi-geography landscape.
Background in internal recruitment.
Background in complex enterprise organisations.
Understanding of financial services/banking.
