The HRIS Specialist will be responsible for providing support to the development, management, and administration of the Human Resource Information System. He/She will act as the overall Systems Administrator of HRIS-related initiatives and leads the HRIS Integration project.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle the maintenance of HRIS to ensure accurate and comprehensive data capture needed for periodic management reports to support HR’s policies and programsCoordinate with the system vendor, ICT, and other units in HR for maintenance checks, repairs, and corrections that the HRIS may requireCheck and validate errors encountered by use and report to the vendor if it is a valid error.Thoroughly check and test UAT of new/enhanced modules of HRIS before implementation to usersLegal coordination on HRIS-related issues and raising them with HRIS vendors & ICTCheck for annual server–related requirementsGenerate data/reports on HRIS as may be required by Management.Identify HR processes & process improvements through the use of HRISEnsure data security of files for HRIS and C&B-related docC&B-r with coordination unit headsCo
