The inter-services liaison officer shall promote the MSG's (Medical Services Group) services, projects, and programs to the largest group of stakeholders in the institutions - the Doctors. He/She shall focus on convincing the physicians to buy into the hospital's philosophy or mission, driving genuine enthusiasm about the hospital's products and services, thereby improving physician engagement.

Specific Functions:
Work closely with the MMSD Director as the detailing/internal marketing arm to the physicians and all medical stakeholders.Works with the PSDO Director in creating activities or events for physicians that will strengthen ties within the medical staff.Works with the MQIRT Director in communicating the KPI's of programs of MSG and Physician performance to foster good quality outcomes.Works with the hospital's Sales and Marketing Department for collaborations in marketing initiatives and strategic planning.Schedule appointments with the medical staff to promote the hospital's services.Build and maintain good business relatio
nships with physicians to encourage co
ntinued support and commitment from the medical staff.Preparing presentations for program promotions for the medical staff.Research competitors' services and their respective market performances.Keeping abreast of new developments in the medical field to determine the effect of such developments on the hospital's business strategies.Undertakes other duties as may be required.
