OH Physician Responsibilities:
· Directly reports to Boskalis HCRP HSS Manager
· Make monthly reports of medical/accident cases occurred at the workplace or site
· Most comply the company safety management strategies especially the Boskalis NINA Principles.
· All work-related injury must be reported immediately to the Boskalis HSS Manager at once.
· Identifies emerging health & safety issues at workplace.
· Makes recommendations related to medical and health policies and preventative measures for eliminating or minimizing industrial injuries and diseases
Provides advice to project management and employees related to medical program management, public health, pandemic protocols, and health promotion aligned to the organization’s policies and programs.Make daily co
nsultation of workers who got sick and injured. Co
nduct outpatient co
nsultation to employee’s medical or minor surgical interventions within capacity and makes subsequent referral to a specialist when necessary.
