Job Description:
The Assistant Manager for APD External Affairs is tasked to aid the Department Manager in overseeing the day to day operations of the client facing sections of the department and ensures that the set performance standards of the team is achieved as well as department policies uniformly carried out.
Part of his/her responsibilities are: to recruit and train newly deployed employees, uphold maximized manpower capabilities, monitor individual as well as the team’s performance levels, design and execute process improvements to attain the section and department goals, among others.
He/She focuses on the customer service functions and deliverables for the department while performing the other operational tasks of a department leader.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree holder (Business, Management or Medical Course).2-3 years experience as Assistant Manager, experience gained in the HMO industry is an advantage. At least 2 year customer service experience is required.
