In this role you will staff emergency access telephone lines in our operations centers to respond to client health events and other emergencies, deploy both domestically and internationally in support of medical evacuations, and perform a combination of medical logistics and research work. The logistics are in support of medevac operations that come into the office from our members and the research is done in preparation for future operations (locating and establishing relationships with hospitals, air and ground evacuation providers, etc.). You should be a team player, excellent multi-tasker, have great time management skills and enjoy helping find the right solutions for our members. Please note, this is for shifting schedule on morning and night shift.RESPonSIBILITIESStaff emergency and general access telephone lines in our operations centerRespond to member health events and member/potential member inquiries via telephone and email;Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiriesEnroll, renew and upgrade retail customers, processing credit card and other payment informationEffectively describe the nature and scope of Global Rescue servicesManage and coordinate logistics for field rescues from remote locations and patient transfers to/from hospitals (includes air, ground, sea, etc.)Follow, maintain and improve protocol, process and quality standards for patient response and transportExecute assigned non-operational general office tasks with diligence and precisionQUALIFICATIONSRegistered Nurse or Paramedic with 3+ years of experience1+ years of customer service experienceMedical hotline experience preferredCollege degreeMust be well-spoken and well-writtenBasic computer skills requiredHighly energetic and motivated to succeedMission focused orientation, interest in “doing whatever it takes” to help those in needAttention to detail and follow-throughEfficient time management and organizational skillsLocation: Ortigas, Pasig CityCompensation: Salary based on experience + bonus + benefits
