Formulates and modifies recipes that are needed to conduct test for casing applications.Modifies meat processes that can help improve the performance of casings.Replicates meat products and processing conditions from customers for testing.Conducts lectures and demonstrations to customers on how to prepare meat products using casings.Operates lab machineries related to meat processing during the trial.documents, analyze, communicates and follow-ups all test requests in the lab.Maintains a library of recipes and processes from the test conducted in the lab.Ensures that materials and equipment needed to run trials are always available.Responsible to report any problems, violations, non-conformance and risk of product safety to the Food Safety Team Leader or Department head/supervisor/team leader in terms for Food Safety System Implementation.
