Principal Agriculturist

This position is responsible for providing valuable insights that lead to solutions that optimize product portfolio.

Duties/Responsibilities

Propose optimal product portfolio (Deciding on the type, quality and quantity of the crops to be planted)Leading the Research, development, promotion of farming practices or products, and other horticultural initiatives Perform other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Co-Founders. 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in horticulture, garden management or related degree.Advanced degree in an appropriate discipline (horticulture, landscape architecture, public garden management or related field) is preferred. Minimum of five to eight years of professional experience in a related position, including progressive supervisory experience and demonstrated organizational success in a similar role.
