Job Description

The Product Development Manager will be in charge of the core value propositions for RiderKo App and the custodian of our consumers who interact with these products. This includes all consumer features and partnership integrations as well as working hand in hand with internal teams to ensure everything is tied up and cohesive. You will learn who our consumers are, what they care about, what motivates them and how we can best communicate with them the most Asikaso way, turning this into verticals key directions. You will feed this insight into product development and at the same time ensure that the data and research team is backing this up, and you will be responsible for taking these products to market, ensuring they reach the right audience with the right message at the right time.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

·      Build and manage voice of customer framework both from existing customers (Engagement) and non-customers (Growth). Lead or input into ongoing customer research (quant and qual). These insights will help give directions to product and business teams on challenges and new opportunities within the business

·      Content Strategy for home screen: Maintaining an updated pov on content types and opportunities that are relevant to our user base/service verticals and making recommendations on overarching content opportunities

·      Developing and tracking success metrics and iterating content strategy with the product and marketing teams

·      Develop product marketing value proposition to different verticals and in app and messaging based on insights and data

·      Identify and recommend marketing opportunities, automation and measurement that must be built into product development

·      document how our products work, what the user experience is like, what can go wrong

·      Equip front line teams ( marketing , operations, and customer support) with product training and product communications

·      Manage go-to-market for new features and products. This includes product launch in partnership with various cross functional teams and driving product adoption among customers

·      Measure product and marketing success to recommend iterations and improvements needed to gain better market adoption

·      Maintain close relationships with cross-functional teams including product managers, product designers, regional marketing (performance, brand, social, PR, etc), country marketing teams, operations and customer support to drive the execution of product launches, product iteration and ongoing usage of key products

·      Manage senior stakeholder relationships within the product and marketing teams

QUALIFICATIONS:

·     Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, strategic planning from fmcgs, agency or related fields

·     Excellent proficiency in ms excel and powerpoint

·     Proven track record of utilizing data in forming innovative and interesting ideas that are successfully operationalized into impactful marketing campaign execution.

·     Excellent knowledge of the Filipino market, deep understanding of consumer insights and media landscape.

·     Resourceful and creative: knack for identifying great marketing creative.

·     Results-oriented and data-driven: able to make data-informed decisions for a marketing plan.

·     Relentlessly driven and seeks challenges: willingness to drive growth and able to embrace and tackle challenges
