Employment Type: Project-based; initial contract until August 31, 2023. Yearly renewal of contract depending on work performance.
JOB SUMMARY
The Regional Project Coordinator Provides over-all coordination support and technical inputs to designing process, material development process, coordinate and organize training and other capability-building interventions for local government units (LGUs), private sector, national government agencies (NGA) and the project team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Works with project team in designing and delivering quality interventions to meet the demand and capacity building needs of the LGUs, private sector, NGAs and the project team, as necessary;Co-designs, organizes and manages capacity building activities then ensures that learning objectives are met while participants’ learning needs are addressed;Co
nducts regular meetings or dialogues with major stakeholders, particularly the LGUs, government line agencies and civil society organizations (CSOs) to discuss project-related co
ncerns and to mo
nitor the project implementation;Coordinates with project staff, co
nsultants and co
nsortium members for synergy and complementation of project implementation, strategies and over-all direction;Prepares and submits reports, facilitates the submission of docu
mentation reports, Resource Person reports, project or training e
valuation and other pertinent docu
ments;Research on new tools, methodologies, skills and emerging fields in climate change, disaster risk management, business resilience and continuity, and value chain analysis, among others; Represents PBSP in key project activities and serves as a trainer and a facilitator in the capacity building activities, as needed
