Responsibilities:
Represent LJMB, with a comprehensive understanding of our products.Qualify, develop, and maintain thorough company and product knowledge, research customer needs, and identify how our offerings can meet them.Perform end-to-end account management:Generate leads and commit to customer service by building relationships.Attend meetings and co
nduct client presentations.Generate leads and grow existing relationships, maintaining an accurate, detailed client journal, and developing an active, repeat customer ba
se.Perform warm outreach, putting outside-the-box thinking to work to develop new and unique sales tactics.Work with the Chief Sales Officer to design industry-specific outbound efforts.Co
nduct month-end and year-end close processes.Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales and activity quotas.Adjust sales techniques ba
sed on interactions and results in the field.Perform incisive and insightful market and competitive research.Performs all other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Must haves:
For Specialist Level: At least 3 years of work experience in Training/ L&D and/or Sales/ Account Management/ Business Development.For Officer Level: At least 6 years of work experience in Training/ L&D and/or Sales/ Account Management/ Business Development.Excellent presentation and communication skills.Expertise in Planning, Organizing, Leading, and Co
ntrolling of multiple projects/ tasks.Expertise in communicating, coordinating, negotiating, timeboxing of activities/ tasks.
