JOB SUMMARY:Achieve the corporate sales target for high-value individual & family product both new business and renewal business. Seek business opportunities and provide high-value solutions to affluent clients.Build and preserve business relationships with affluent clients.Derail competition operating in the high-value retail market segment.Build business and sustain continuous growth of the high-valued produt thru various intermediaries (agents, brokers, etc.) and direct marketing.Assume the responsibility of being the central touch point for customer experience by overseeing the pre-sales, sales and after sales process of the high-valued products of the Company. Collaborate with concerned departments to guarantee proper implementation of the program.MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.Required skill(s): communication skill, customer orientation, sales negotiation, Problem Solving.At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the retail sales for the affluent market (ex. Relationship Manager)Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.Preferably with experience and exposure in an HMO CompanyFull-Time position(s) available.
