Education: Requires completion of a four-year bachelor’s degree in a Human Resources, Information Technology Business, or related fieldExperience/Skills: Zero to two years business support experience with an HCM application. Oracle Talent Management, HR Self-Service and/or Oracle HR experience preferred; however, PeopleSoft or similar system experience will be co
