Office Management Duties
Provide support in office renting, decoration, and renovation management Assist on Colleagues HR services (Reservation of airline tickets, hotel, visas, etc.…) Be respo
nsible for Admin and office management issues (computer, telephone, stationery, name cards, keys) Employee Assets management Office Vendor Management Office and employee safety and security management Keep tracks of docu

Requirements:
Minimum Diploma holderKnowledge in Philippines labor law & payroll is a mustHR & Admin experiencePeople orientedOutgoing perso
