This position is responsible for will provide high-level administrative support to the HR Head and other senior staff.
Successful candidates will be exposed to general HR and administrative work, attending to employee benefits, basic timekeeping, recruitment, training, and transacting with various government agencies/entities.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the HR Head.Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other docu
ments for senior staff.Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.Performs additio
nal duties as assigned by executives.
Candidates must have the following qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Social Science/Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Well-versed in the English Language in both written and verbal communication
- Above average computer literacy (knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Organized, keen to details hard-working, flexible and a fast learner
- Experience serving as an Executive Assistant is a plus but not required
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
