Responsibilities:• Process ( Indexing of ) AP invoices/documents ( into DART System ) based on agreed procedures.• Escalates exceptional transactions for clarification or resolution.• Identifies opportunities in the process to improve and communicates to the team.• Ensures timely response to both internal and external communications.• Performs other tasks as required.QUALIFICATION:• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Willing to work night shiftWilling to work on site (Pasay office)
