Develop the document management system appropriate with the Project set-up, Project stakeholders, Company standards and systems;Manage and track project documentation status, such as technical correspondence to and from contractors, multi-discipline internal and external SMEs (e.g. drawing and document reviews, submittals, field and design change notices, etc.).  File and control project documentation, both in hardcopy and electronically as appropriate. Maintain electronic logs of all incoming and outgoing documentation.Provide updates and reminders when document reviews or replies are needed.Ensure documents are circulated to key project participants as necessary.Maintain records and reports of contractor site activities, issues arising, and other notable events and issues.Maintains confidential files on proprietary documents and company policies for contracts and procurements.Performs other duties and safety related functions as necessary to ensure an accident-free workplace.

Qualifications:

College graduate preferably business or computer courseAt least five (5) years as a Project document controller                 Advanced Computer Skills (Knowledgeable in MS Office software, file transfer system, Electronic Data Management System, etc.) Above average oral and written communication skills Preferably candidates from nearby town/areasOpen for 1 year project-based engagement
