Help Desk Monitoring
· Should be manned 24*7
· Resolve day to day transportation issues, should escalate the same to immediate supervisor if issues cannot be resolved at their level
· Ensure all emails are actioned or reverted within 24hrs
· Manage and take all requests, within the guidelines framed by Transport team
Shuttle Allocation
· Ensure that the rosters are distributed among the Vendor vehicles Proportionally
· Ensure all shuttles are sent for pickup before the login time and drops depart on time
· Need to maintain Fleet Reporting timely
Shuttle Tracking
· Track the shuttles as per the schedule given to them
· Ensure that the shuttles report to each pickup point as per the login schedule
· Maintain drivers and employees data for any issues
· Ensure shuttles waiting time as per policy only
Qualifications
· Highschool or Vocational Graduate
· Computer literate (MS Office applications/Internet browsing)
· Proficient in oral and written communications (Tagalog and English)
· Willing to work on shifting schedules
· Available to work extra hours during regular days including Saturday and Sunday
· Amenable to be under a third party agency
· Amenable to work in a graveyard schedule
· Amenable to work in a hybrid arrangement
