Marketing Admin Associate

Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee the conduct of general clerical duties of the marketing team.Ensures the reception, screening, routing and recording of telephone calls.Ensures the maintenance of hard copy and electronic filing system.File and retrieve department records.Oversees the management and maintenance of the Senior Marketing Manager's schedule.Consolidates period reports.Assists in the preparation and routing of contract documents.Assists in Marketing events and activities, as needed.Assists in the preparation of event and activity budget.Conducts research for the marketing department, as needed.Perform related function, as a required from time to time

Qualifications

Bachelor's/College degree in any courseWith at least 1-3 years of experience as an administrative assistant, or equivalentGood service orientation and interpersonal relationComputer literacyEffective written and oral communication skills
