Insurance Claims SupportAn Overview of your Role• Receives claims requirements from partner institutions/clients via email;• Processes, reviews and recommends claims for approval within the assigned scope/area and standard turnaround time;• Coordinates concerns to partner institutions, concerned professionals and/or end-clients thru email or call;• Helps maintain the claims database;• Assists their Supervisor to create regular and/or ad hoc claims-related reports and presentations as needed;• Assists their Supervisor to craft or assist Sales for the orientation requirements of partner institutions;• Helps in catastrophic claims validation in different provinces affected by calamities.A Bit about You• Knowledge and experience in Insurance Industry is an advantage;• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the same role; having at least a year of experience gained in a hospital setting;• Good people skills;• Must be willing to work in Makati City (onsite) and Hybrid working arrangement.What We Need• Must be a BS Nursing graduate; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;• With basic knowledge of Microsoft applications;• Great focus with attention to details and highly organized individual;• Adaptable to new responsibilities, pro activeness and passion for excellence;• With no concern on travelling to different provinces for catastrophic claims validations.
