Job Description
Job DescriptionSell our Air & Ocean products/ logistic solutions by implementing national sales plansMeet and exceed sales goals through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities in new and existing accountsPresent and demonstrate logistic solutions to potential customers, showing clear business & solution fit; Actively drive commercial negotiations and close dealsSelect, develop, coach and manage a high performing team of sales professionals to meet and exceed targets of profitable revenue and gross margin growth.Set clear targets for each of your sales employees to support the targets of the country's sales budget as well as to achieve personal targets.·Ensure all sales activity (Meetings, Contact Reports, Opportunities, and Leads) are reported within the CRM System “SUGAR CRM” (according to SUGAR SOP)

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred, ideally in Logistics Management or Business Administration or related fieldA minimum of 8 years sales of in freight forwarding (especially Air & Ocean);Excellent Knowledge of the logistics industry and global transportationConsistent overachievement of sales goals in a large geographic territory and in the Freight Forwarding industryExcellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation ability

Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:

Deep understanding of how sales work in multinational and multicultural global business environmentsClient Focused - able to anticipate and identify customers’ needs and expectations and what constitutes positive customer satisfactionExperience in using a CRM to manage sales tasks, forecasting, and pipeline
