What is your mission? 

You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Provide post-sales customer service and/or troubleshooting support to the client's B2B customers.Support advertising customers and deliver consultative support.Perform data analysis to improve customer's advertising experience and ensure higher ROI.Gather client and partner feedback to enhance ad products and overall customer experience.

Who are we looking for?

Completed 2 years in college.Must have at least 2.5 years cumulative omnichannel experience (voice, email, chat, and tech)At least 6 months of B2B experience is requiredCan support multiple concurrencies (email, phone, and chat)Strong verbal and written English communication skillsAmenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)Can in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
