Job Description

The position addresses and facilitates all customer inquiries, requests, or complaints received thru the employee’s split skill and channel of assignment. A Customer Service Associate fulfills transactions and resolves concerns within the prescribed productivity and quality standards to meet EastWest’s vision of becoming a world-class bank anchored on service excellence in our chosen markets. The above objective shall be reinforced through KRA setting, employee development, and strategic planning.
