Global Mobility Services, Inc., is currently in need of COLLECTION STAFF for DAVAO Area.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Provide after-sales support to the customer after the product or service has already been purchased.
· Register, follow-up, solve and respond to customer requests, complaints and after-sales services.
· Respond to and communicate with customers in the most efficient and appropriate manner to enable them to access the desired products or services, or any other help they may require.
· Implement strategies that ensure post-sale follow up of customer satisfaction or loyalty regarding one's product or service.
· Collection of all receivables and ensuring that all transactions are logged, fully transparent and subject to the company’s policy on dealing with cash.
· Monitor the firm’s accounts receivable and identify overdue accounts.
· Contact customers with overdue accounts and attempt to either collect the overdue amount or negotiate a payment plan to collect it in installments.
· Submit regular reports on the status of unpaid accounts and any repayment progress to the Business Senior Supervisor.
· Contacting debtors by telephone to enact and negotiate debt recovery.
· Locates debtors and solicits payment for delinquent accounts and removes merchandise for nonpayment of account.
· Perform motor vehicle inspection for recovered/impounded/repossessed vehicle
· Will be responsible for locating, coordinating repossession activities, and safely recovering the vehicles of the accounts assigned to you.
· Make sure that KPI’s and KRA’s in your position are met according to company standards.
· Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
